Crystal of Atlan to team up with Digimon as Machinedramon invades

• Digimon is arriving in the world of Crystal of Atlan
• Recruit new Digimon mounts and pets to fight off the invasion of Machinedramon
• Attendees at Gamescom can also check out Crystal of Atlan's appearance there

It's been a big year for Digimon fans so far, what with Digimon Elysion bringing the hit trading cards to mobile in their original form for the first time. But now you'll be able to enjoy the classic CCG in a whole new way, as the Digimon invade the world of Crystal of Atlan!

When Machinedramon invades the world of Atlan through a rift in space and time, it's up to you to counter it. Naturally, that means teaming up with iconic Digimon such as Agumon and Gatomon, who debut as special pets alongside new mounts in the form of Garurumon and MetalGarurumon.

As you might expect, both Agumon and Gatomon come with their digivolved forms. With Agumon warp digivolving into WarGreymon, while Gatomon super digivolves into Angewomon when casting their skills. You'll need their help as well, with a bevvy of powerful new bosses to take on until September 17th, when the event wraps.

Naturally, this news is coming right at the same time as Gamescom. And those of you in attendance can check in with the Crsyal of Atlan booth at stand A-00, Hall 09.1, to check out more about the Digimon Adventure campaign. Don't fret if you miss it, because they'll also be making an appearance at PAX West this year.

There's more too! As an exclusive event hosted by creators KaddiCosplay and featuring xShowtime and Har_Fie is set to take place on August 22nd (that's tomorrow). Suffice it to say, it seems as if 2025 is the year for Digimon to take the limelight on mobile once more.
