Blue Archive’s The Senses Descend update brings Kisaki and Reijo to the fray
  • Kisaki and Reijo are the two new recruits
  • New Treasure hunt minigame introduced
  • Genryumon Affairs web event also available

Netmarble is back with another update for Blue Archive called The Senses Descend, which brings a bunch of content to the popular JPRG on Android and iOS. You can expect the addition of fresh recruits, a new event story, and some playful minigames in this update.

Kisaki and Reijo are leading the charge in Blue Archive’s The Senses Descend update as the two new recruits with boosted drop rates until March 31st. Kisaki is all about amplifying damage for allies, while Reijo’s here to debuff and deal some serious damage-over-time. You can also snag Shun (Small), Kirino, and Saya (Casual) if your luck’s in good shape.

Wondering how they stack up against the rest? Check out our Blue Archive tier list to find out!

The titular main event, The Senses Descend, first began in January and has been rolling out missions, challenges, and story episodes slowly. If you've cleared Mission 2-3 (Normal), then you're already set to dive in. You can also access several reward-related menus during this event through March 31st.

In addition, this patch introduces a new Treasure Hunt minigame that lets you flip tiles and dig up hidden treasures. To participate, you need Moonlight Festival Vouchers, which can be earned by tackling event quests. Any leftover vouchers will be converted to Credit Points at the end, so there’s no loss there.

For a little side questing, there’s also the Genryumon Affairs minigame running through March 31st. It’s a quick web game that lets you pick up rewards like Moon Cakes, Pyroxene, and more festival-themed goodies. It’s definitely worth a shot because it offers a bunch of rewards without requiring too much effort.
