Yostar has launched a new major event for their naval shoot ‘em up Azur Lane. Called Virtual Tower, it will add the new Sardegna Empire, which aims to team up with other factions to uncover the mystery surrounding a strange tower they located alongside the Mirror Sea created by the Sirens. The mega event has begun and will be live until April 6th, featuring new shipgirls, outfits, furniture sets, map updates, and more.

The new Event Map contains four SP maps that will expand on the story. Players can attempt these quests once a day and will earn 800 event clear points for doing so. The EX Stage unlocks after wrapping up all the SP* stages and acquiring 10,000 points will also grant access to the exclusive furniture model – Pompeo Magno Model.

The Sardegna Empire also introduces new characters to the world of Azur Lane. The event sees the addition of a Super Rare shipgirl – Impero, who is capable of increasing her own aviation and launching a powerful airstrike at enemies. She can also boost her damage while also increasing her health. Joining her are Pompeo Magno and Trieste, who will all begin their journey in the Virtual Tower. Formidable, another shipgirl, makes her return and can be found in a rate-up alongside Impero and Trieste.

Pompeo Magno will additionally be found in Event Map Drops and as Event Shop. The shop will also feature a new furniture set called the Manjuu Campus that brings the spring feeling along with it. Manjuu High School and resource supply packs also make a return. Taking the campus spirit forward, seven new themed outfits have also been added. To top it off, two rental vouchers will be awarded as login bonuses with can be used to purchase costumes.
