Avatar Legends: Realms Collide best element to bend

The moment you start playing Avatar Legends: Realms Collide, you will quickly be faced with a close-to-impossible decision: which is the best element to go for? Well, I (and now you) am here to shed some light on that little matter.
If you're familiar with Rise of Kingdoms, then you've probably seen that you can pick a civilization there, and you will get certain bonuses based on your choice. The same concept applies in Avatar Legends: Realms Collide, except with far fewer choices.
Know what each element does
The first thing to know when making your decision is to learn what each of the elements does. Since this is a base builder game (strategy), you want to make a plan ahead of time and try to stick with it.Air (Air Nomads)

Which is the best element in Avatar Legends: Realms Collide?
When you look at all of these stats, you will get a rough idea of what each element specialises in. I personally went for Water Tribe, since that is what I enjoyed the most in my previous playthroughs, so I came back to it.Air is overall the most balanced element among them all, if we were to compare them on how well they do offensively and defensively. Fire leans more towards attack, Earth leans towards defence, and Water is based on HP. My recommendation
To play as a solo player, you might want to consider going for Earth. Having above-average DEF as well as a slight construction speed boost and increased gathering speed will help you quite a bit.
But if you want a challenge...You can go for Water - it is not the easiest element to play at the beginning. Many players could argue that it downright sucks right now. Later on, those who went for Water will also get some insane buffs, such as defence break and pretty much infinite healing.
That is if you can manage until later on.
