Black Desert Mobile celebrates Halloween with new spooky events and the implementation of AMD’s new FidelityFX Super Resolution technology

While the spooky season may be almost over, the party is just getting started in Black Desert Mobile. Pearl Abyss has just announced a whole host of Halloween events for all players to enjoy. AMD’s new FidelityFX Super Resolution (FSR) technology has also been employed in Black Desert Mobile, giving users a much higher quality gaming environment.

Halloween 2021 in Black Desert Mobile will allow adventurers to play the classic game Rock, Papers, and Scissors against the Black Spirit. This simple game is based purely on luck and maybe some smart thinking will give you big rewards. The more you win, the more valuable the rewards become. Get on a victory streak and you will receive the Abyssal Weapon Chest, Adventurer's Ancient Inscribed Glyph, and the Adventurer's Dimensional Crystal Chest, all guaranteed to come in handy.

Ghost Dolls are a sort of currency during the spooky season. These can be obtained by defeating monsters in various locations. Exchange the dolls for Halloween-themed items like Camp Decorations, Barding, the Adventurer's Abyssal Accessory Chest, Adventurer's Abyssal Relic Chest, X-Large Stamina Potion and Vampire's Bed. Players can also accumulate Ghost Dolls by simply logging into the game. They will also receive rewards, including up to 300 Black Pearls and a tier 6 pet for logging in.

As for the techier side of things, the newly implemented AMD FSR technology was first unveiled during Computex 2021. It was stated to significantly improve framerates for mobile gaming, without the need for a major hardware upgrade. We see this in action in Black Desert Mobile where FSR has shown a whopping 220% increase in framerate! This will provide a substantial boost to those playing on lower-end mobiles.
