Joyseed Gametribe's Rocky Rampage: Wreck 'em Up initially launched for iOS and Android earlier this year, back in April. Since then it's been downloaded over 100,000 times on Google Play alone and today the game has received an update that's simply called Chapter 2.

The new chapter in this endless runner will introduce a host of new enemies to avoid or destroy and bosses to do battle with. There will also be a bunch of new mounts to ride into battle to help Boulder Cobblestone on his journey. The update is available now for both iOS and Android.

The latest update and chapter sees him rolling, jumping and crashing his way through the Woodlands, which is full of various critters intent on stopping him. They include Boombats, Woodland Bees, rocket-powered monkeys skateboarding hawks. So quite the odd variety of creatures then.

These can all be hijacked, allowing Rocky to travel at unprecedented speeds through the forest on his journey to defeating Empress Clipper, who has previously stolen his favourite pair of underpants.

If you're unfamiliar with Rocky Rampage: Wreck 'em Up, it's a launcher or runner style game where the aim is to crash through a plethora of enemies without losing momentum. It makes use of a one-tap control system so it should be fairly straightforward for most players to pick up immediately. There are several upgrades to purchase that will help our Hero Boulder Cobblestone travel that little bit closer to his goal.

Rocky Rampage: Wreck 'em Up is available now over on both the App Store and Google Play. It's a free-to-play game with in-app purchases.
