Nature Matters is a beautiful-looking puzzler about caring for the environment that's available now for iOS

Nature Matters is the latest puzzler from Digital Melody Games where, as the name has probably already made clear, you'll set on off on an adventure to save the planet. Along the way, you'll make friends and sacrifices in what the developers promise will be a captivating story. Nature Matters is available now for iOS as a premium title.

In Nature Matters player will take control of a little plant spirit who is unprotected in the world so will need to convince a young boy to look after her. He used to care deeply about nature, looking after plants as best he could, but one day that changed and you'll need to find out why.

Throughout your journey, you'll come across places that have been all but destroyed by humans and will have to solve a host of puzzles to restore vegetation to these locations once more.

As you can see in the trailer above, whenever the sprite move she leaves freshly grown plant-life in her wake. Therefore, you'll need to make sure you cover the entire area to complete the level. It appears that you are unable to retrace your steps so planning ahead will be crucial to ensure you can efficiently restore vegetation to the whole stage.

The game itself looks very beautiful, with a lovely inviting art-style that's backed by an excellent soundtrack - if the 2-minute trailer is an indication of the quality found throughout the whole game that is. Despite the serious message the game is obviously trying to make it does look like it'll be a fairly relaxing experience, depending on how tricky the puzzles themselves become.

Nature Matters is now available over on the App Store. It's a premium game that costs $1.99.
