Hello Hero Epic Battle is winging its way to the West

Social RPG Hello Hero has proven a global smash since it debuted on mobile devices in 2012, attracting a user base of over 20 million, so it is hardly a surprise that it’s spawned a sequel.

Hello Hero Epic Battle is another helping of accessible role-playing action, built from the ground up with touchscreens in mind, and it’s coming to Europe and the US early November.

South Korean studio Fincon has already released the game in the Asia Pacific as well as its home turf, with an abundance of special gifts for those who download it at launch.

Hello Hero Epic Battle picks up years after the original. The dust is still settling from the battle for Armon, but there’s a new invasion taking place, forcing a new crop of heroes to team up with the warriors of old in the hope of warding off the threat.

In the sequel, players will have the chance to recruit from more than 100 customisable characters and battle across multiple modes, including Adventure, Conquest and Battlefield.

There are countless skills and abilities to unlock, but that doesn’t mean throwing money at the game. Hello Hero Epic Battle is free to download and play, with optional in-app purchases for those who don’t mind cracking open their wallet for the chance to fast-track their progress.
