Izanagi Online, a mobile MMORPG with characters by Afro Samurai's illustrator, heads west this April

Japan-based Asobimo Inc. has announced that it's bringing the samurai / ninja-themed MMORPG Izanagi Online to North America this April.
You're given a large 3D world to roam and fight various enemies from Japanese mythlore as either a ninja or samurai of your own design.
Notably, the characters in the game are designed by Takashi Okazaki - he's the writer and illustrator of the Afro Samurai manga.
Alongside the announcement of the English language debut of Izanagi, Asobimo has opened up closed beta sign-ups for Android players.
You need to head over to the game's website to register for the beta. It only has 5000 slots and will be held between March 29th and March 31st.
Those who register but don't get an invite will receive experience boost items.
Those of you on iOS can also register your email on the game's website. You won't be able to get into the beta but you will get experience boost items and item drop rate boost items at the game's launch.
