Remember last week when the New Releases section of the PS Vita Store was looking rather bare?

Well, good news, folks: the drought is over. Already.

So, yep, there are some classic titles remade in HD, boxed games going digital, a new PS Plus game, and numerous other sparkly newly released titles.

As you'd expect, not every single new Vita downloadable is worth grabbing, but go and have a look anyways. You never know, chap.

Let's get cracking, then, eh...

Full-price releases

Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two is finally available on PS Vita this week. Half a year after it came out on consoles. Hrm.

It'll set you back $29.99, if you're interested. Its European price hasn't been confirmed just yet, but expect it to be around £24.99.

Another new Vita game this week is MotoGP 13. Can you just imagine what this one's about? Nah, neither can I. That'll set you back £29.99.

Lego Legends of Chima: Laval's Journey looks interesting, but I'd be wary of diving right in. Not every Lego game is a winner, you see. It's £24.99, by the way.

The Jak and Daxter Trilogy is the big new Vita release this week, mind. These are HD versions of the brilliant PS2 3D platformers that helped define an entire genre.

You can grab all three in a pack for £19.99 / $26.99, or buy them separately for £11.99 each. Make sure you read our review of this trilogy first, though.

Then, there's OMG HD Zombies!, an updated version of the PlayStation Mobile title. I've played the original, and thought it was quite a fun and unique strategy game.

PlayStation Plus games and offers

Americans. You can now download the 2011 PSP game Gods Eater Burst through PS Plus. In it, you go up against huge powerful creatures. Good luck.

That's about it for this week, I'm afraid.

PlayStation Mobile releases

There are two new Vita-related releases on PS Mobile this week. Neither of which seems particularly exciting, however.

Calculator is, well, a calculator. A really shoddy-looking one, at that. It has a price tag of 65p. Yikes.

Miko Gakkou Monogatari: Sanae Episode is a Japanese visual novel translated into English. Guess what? Yup, there are some overly sexualized women here.

And that's your lot for this week. See you next week!
