LG executive tips hand and reportedly confirms October 29th Nexus 4 announcement
Removing the last doubt
An LG executive reportedly confirmed that Google would announce the Nexus 4 at its Android-themed event on October 29th.
Amit Gujral, Head of Mobile Product Planning for LG's India division, was frank when he spoke with IBNLive saying that, "Google will unveil the LG Nexus on October 29 and the phone will be available in the Indian markets by the end of November."
Gujral also confirmed a few of the Nexus 4's upcoming hardware specs: it will sport a 4.7-inch display and is powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core processor.
Also, it will run Android 4.2 (an update of Jelly Bean) out of the box.
