Mid-week iOS releases: Kumo Lumo, Crazy Taxi, Topia World Builder, Devil's Attorney, and more

Welcome back to Pocket Gamer's round-up of the latest iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad mid-week releases.

As you all probably know by now, we produce this round-up piece each week because otherwise we'd be here until Sunday writing up individual articles on every new game that hits the App Store.

Anyway, these games have recently hit Apple's New Zealand outlet, meaning they should be available to download in the UK and US from around midnight this evening.

The excitement is palpable.

Monopoly Millionaire is the fastest Monopoly experience to date. You can trade properties without your opponents knowing, force through powerful land-grabbing deals, and purchase lavish locations like Bling Beach and Paradise Island.

You can challenge computer-controlled opponents across three difficulty levels, or play against your buddies via pass-the-handset or local wi-fi.

Kumo Lumo is a "one of a kind rain-'em-up". Basically, you take control of a cloud as it floats throughout a mystical land; use raindrops to grow forests and extinguish fires; and zap enemies with lightning bolts.

There are 36 levels for you to float your way through.

Remember this one? If you don't, it's a classic Dreamcast title in which you pick up and drop off passengers at various locations in a fictional California-style city.

You can earn cash from punters across two different game modes - Arcade and Original - compete in 16 mini-games, and unlock Game Center-powered achievements.

Topia World Builder is a new build-'em-up from Crescent Moon Games and Glenn Corpes (one of the original creators of classic God game Populous).

Your aim is to create your very own world. You can create mountains, valleys, rivers, and oceans just by dragging your finger along your gadget's screen, and watch as animals and plants spring to life.

In this turn-based strategy title, you take on the role of Max McMann - a defense attorney that's high on charm but low on moral fibre.

Naturally, your job is to ensure that your unscrupulous clients don't end up behind bars. You can use the money you earn from successfully defending your punters to buy new furniture and pimp your flat.

Essentially, Lexatron is a two-player word race. So, you have to travel from one side of a grid to the other by creating words. Unlike in Scrabble, though, you can only use your own letters in Lexatron.

You can play with your buddies in Pass-and-Play mode, challenge your entire list of Facebook friends, or just compete against a stranger.
