Forthcoming NeoGeo X handheld can be purchased without dock and joystick for $130

Back in early August, Tommo Inc. and SNK Playmore announced that you'll be able to pick up its forthcoming NeoGeo X handheld (with 20 pre-installed games), a NeoGeo X docking station, and a NeoGeo X joystick in a $199 Gold bundle this December.

We've just learnt that you'll also be able to grab the portable console on its own for the much lower price of $130, and it will still be loaded with 20 classic games, such as Metal Slug, Fatal Fury Special, and The King of Fighters '95.

Unfortunately, the NeoGeo X docking station and two NeoGeo X joysticks are required to play compatible multiplayer games with your buddies on a large TV, so you'll still have to shell out for those peripherals separately if you're feeling a little competitive.

The handheld itself features a 4.3-inch LCD display, an expandable game card slot, internal stereo speakers, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
