It seems Sony can't make up its mind on the PSPgo. With the 3DS's pre-launch advert machine rumbling to life and Sony's own NGP in the pipeline, desperation may well be setting in.

Sony had dropped the price of the PSPgo to $149, but then the price quietly crept back up to $200.

The $200 price point is now displayed on its store along with the non-discounted price, which is crossed out to let customers know how much they're saving.

Perhaps it was a swiftly-corrected mistake, or perhaps Sony changed strategy dramatically overnight. Either way, it'll be interesting to see if the price falls to the $150 mark again once the 3DS is in stores.
