3 UK to unveil iPhone 4 tariffs last to undercut competition
Cheeky monkeys
Mobile company 3 will apparently be the last carrier to announce iPhone 4 prices because it wants to see what other companies, including Orange and O2, will be charging, and undercut all other prices.
It is apparently in direct talks with Apple to provide this super cheap service. There’s a precedent set as 3 UK offered up iPad prices last, but came out on top with a 10GB monthly package for £15, the cheapest on the market.
This will be the first iPhone from 3G, and T-Mobile. Tesco Mobile is also a relative newcomer to the iPhone battlefield, but will likely offer some pretty competitive rates for the fourth iteration on Apple’s famous device.
