MWC 10: Sony Ericsson X10 Mini coming to Vodafone

Diminutive Android mobile spotted on network’s stand

MWC 10: Sony Ericsson X10 Mini coming to Vodafone

We covered the announcement of Sony Ericsson’s two new Android-powered smartphones only the other day, but news has already reached our ears that a UK network is looking to bring at least one of these shiny new phones to our shores.

It certainly hasn’t been making a big song and dance about it but Vodafone has demonstration versions of the SE X10 Mini on its stand at this year’s Mobile World Congress.

When hounded by tech site Fonehome, company representatives admitted that the device was UK-bound, although they couldn’t give a solid date or launch price.

It’s good news that this gorgeous little phone is set to hit Blighty, but there was no sign of its bigger brother - the QWERTY keyboard-packing X10 Mini Pro. However, we’d be shocked if it’s not snapped up by either Vodafone or another network in the fullness of time.
