Sony Ericsson hints at Valentine’s Day release for Xperia X10

If you’re unsure about what to get your loved one this coming Valentine’s Day then those lovely chaps at Sony Ericsson may have just answered your prayers.
The firm has just announced that its Android-based Xperia X10 will be available in the UK from 10th February, and we honestly can’t think of a better way to say “I love you” than with a ridiculously pricey Snapdragon CPU-toting Smartphone.
To tie in neatly with this amorous confirmation, the Official Sony Ericsson Blog has affectionately posted up videos and photos taken using the X10, and sealed them with a kiss. Probably.
Considering the poor reputation previous Android handsets have had when it comes to their photographic and recording skills, the results are impressive.
With Motorola’s recent Droid proving to be something of a dub in these departments, too, SE could find itself with the most desirable Android phone on the market come February next year.
Love is in the air, indeed.
