Arknights introduces four new characters to collect and new content to tackle with its latest update
The mega-popular strategy tower defence gacha RPG Arknights has revealed some details regarding its latest update titled All Quiet Under the Thunder. This new patch brings with it new characters to collect, a new series of challenging stages to undertake, and some other very enticing rewards as well!
Arknights is one of the mainstays of the gacha sphere alongside the giants of Genshin Impact and Fate GO, remaining at the top of the charts in popularity for years now. This is in part due to the unique spin on tower defence that the game rocks as its primary gameplay mechanic, but also must be accredited towards its in-depth and well-regarded storylines as well. And now, with All Quiet Under the Thunder, players will get more of both in spades.
Let’s begin with the list of new characters to collect first! There are four new Operators to collect: the 6-star Vanguard Ines who can immobilize enemies, the 5-star Guard Morgan who can sacrifice HP for stat buffs, the 5-star Defender Cement, who restores SP and buffs her speed stat, and the 4-star Operator Humus, who restores his own HP with AOE attacks.
On top of the new Operators, there’s a series of new stages to tackle as well, which will reward you as you progress throughout them. If you manage to clear every new stage, you’ll even be able to collect the previously mentioned Morgan completely free!
Finally, there’s also a wide variety of rewards you can collect during this update ranging from new profile icons to badges, border frames, upgrade materials, premium currency, and more, all for free!
