Rovio has released a second Angry Birds beta onto the Android Market.

Before you get too excited, there’s no new content to speak of – it’s simply seen some improvements on the technical side.

Existing owners must go into the Android Market and manually update the game. Your progress should be saved.

We won’t do another hands on due to the release’s inherent similarity to the first Beta, but I couldn’t detect any noticeable improvement on my Milestone anyway. As the game was in pretty good condition in the first Beta (just a few performance tweaks needed), that’s not too much of an issue.

Going by the most recent estimation from Rovio, we’re expecting to see the full version of Angry Birds released onto the Android Market within a fortnight.
