Wuthering Waves' new version, Unfading Melody of Life, is out now
  • Wuthering Waves version 2.5 is now here with the Unfading Melody of Life
  • Explore a deep-sea factory and recruit the new resonator Phrolova
  • Take on new story quests and wield the power of Orchestration

As we head into the weekend, it's time for another major update to a top release! Yes, if you're a fan of Wuthering Waves, there's no better time to jump in than right now, because version 2.5, the Unfading Melody of Life, is now available to play on your platform of choice with a suite of new content being delivered.

It probably won't surprise you to learn that the headlining five-star resonator for this update is Phrolova, a Fractsidus Overseer, wielding a conductor's baton that lets her conduct a symphony of souls. She functions best as a damage dealer and can be acquired through the [Requiem without End] Featured Resonator Convene.

Adding to that somewhat melodious set-up, we've also got the debut of a new location in the form of the Fabricatorioum of the Deep. This undersea facility serves as a distribution centre for Common Echoes, and you'll be able to access it through Main Quest Chapter II, ACT VII: Dreamcatchers in the Secret Gardens.

Exploring the Fabricatorium itself will offer a wealth of new exploration options. Using Orchestration, you'll be able to change the status of objects to get past mechanisms or even gain an edge in combat. Orchestration Altars will let you solve a quick puzzle to change the status of a door or mechanism and open up even more areas to explore.

And even that's only briefly scratching the surface of the new Echoes, main quests and additional storylines available in Wuthering Waves version 2.5! You'll want to check in and find out where you fit in this melody, ASAP.

In the meantime if you're planning on jumping into Wuthering Waves don't go in unprepared. Instead, be sure to check out our list of Wuthering Waves codes to give yourself a quick boost before you get started!
