Wizard of Legend is out now on iOS and Android with optimised mobile features and full controller support

In case you missed it, Humble Games, Contingent99 and XD Inc. have announced the official launch of Wizard of Legend on mobile, letting players on iOS and Android get their hands on the popular indie title on the go. The action-packed roguelike dungeon-crawler lets players wield their spells as they aim to master their magic and become the titular sorcerer.

In Wizard of Legend, you can look forward to putting your precision to the test as well as your ability to strategise the best combination of spells to take down your foes. There are more than a hundred spells and relics to tinker around with, so you can brave the Chaos Trials with a powerful arsenal under your belt.

If that sounds like it's right up your alley, why not take a look at our list of the best retro-inspired games on Android?

The game also features an intuitive user interface that's optimised for mobile devices, but if you're more a fan of the traditional controller, you'll be happy to know that the game's mobile version also offers full support for the same. You can also take advantage of new aim assist features to make sure your spells hit right where they should.

Are you ready to take on the procedurally generated levels and face the Council of Magic? How about teaming up with your best buds in local co-op or going head-to-head with others in local PvP?

If you're eager to join in on all the fun and give the game a go yourself, you can do so by downloading Wizard of Legend on the Google Play Store for Android devices and on the iOS App Store. It's a premium title that costs $7.99 a pop or your local equivalent. You can also take a little sneak peek at the embedded clip above to get a feel of the game's vibes.
