Everything you need to know about Caitlyn in Wild Rift
Caitlyn is one of the staple characters in Wild Rift, released soon after Netflix's Arcane TV show which showcased the story of Jinx (or should I say Powder?), Singed, Heimerdinger (soon to be released in Wild Rift), Jayce, Vi and many others.
She is a powerful Marksman, third in rank in terms of range, only surpassed by Senna's infinite range scaling and Aphelios' marked enemy range. Regardless, she is an ADC with crowd control thanks to her traps and an empowered auto attack that can be rather deadly.

League of Legends: Wild Rift Caitlyn's skills:
Headshot (Passive)Every few basic attacks, or against a target she has trapped or netted, Caitlyn will fire a headshot dealing bonus damage that scales with her critical strike chance. On trapped or netted targets, Caitlyn's Headshot attack range is doubled.
Piltover Peacemaker (Skill 1)Caitlyn revs up her rifle for 1 second to unleash a penetrating shot that deals physical damage (deals less damage to subsequent targets).
Yordle Snap Trap (Skill 2)Caitlyn sets a trap to find sneaky Yordles. When sprung, the trap reveals and immobilizes the enemy champion for a brief period, granting Caitlyn an empowered Headshot.
90 Caliber Net (Skill 3)Caitlyn fires a heavy net to slow her target. The recoil knocks Caitlyn back.
Ace in the Hole (Skill 4 / Ultimate)Caitlyn takes time to line up the perfect shot, dealing massive damage to a single target at a huge range. Enemy champions can intercept the bullet for their ally.
How to combo as Caitlyn:
Caitlyn has several combos, but more often than not, you will use her skills based on the situation, and plan ahead by placing various traps strategically. Use the following tips to make the most out of Caitlyn's kit:- use the traps (Skill 2) to close off any areas that are prone to ganking
By placing a couple of traps in the tribush or in lane brushes, you can catch sneaky enemies. Since the traps grant you vision of whoever steps in them for a brief moment, you can also use them in the brush in the lane to scout ahead.
- use Skill 3 to move over a low wall or disengage/gain distance from the enemy
Unlike most Marksmen, Caitlyn is rather mobile. She can use Skill 3 to move away from an incoming enemy or even hop over a low wall. You can combo this with the trap, to activate the passive and hit two Headshots for a massive burst of damage.
- combo the traps with Skill 1 and Skill 3 then Ultimate to 100-to-0 an enemy
If you have the chance, try to catch the enemy with a trap, then quickly auto-attack them to activate the passive skill once; follow up with Skill 1 and Skill 3 to slow them down and apply the passive Headshot one more time. If necessary, cast a couple of auto-attack to finish them off or use your Ultimate and that should ensure you a kill.
In what order to level up the skills?
Firstly, you want to max out Caitlyn's Skill 1, then, Skill 2, and finally Skill 3. Make sure to also level up the ultimate every time you can.- Level 1: Skill 1
- Level 2: Skill 2
- Level 3: Skill 3
- Level 4: Skill 1
- Level 5: Skill 4
- Level 6: Skill 1
Keep levelling Skill 1 until it's maxed, then focus on Skill 2, and lastly Skill 3.
