Tower of God: New World has just released an update featuring a new SSR+ character, Yama, alongside a series of limited-time events. Yama takes on the role of a Tank-class Fisherman, using knockback effects and Fear Immunity to hold the frontlines. His Provocation and pull-in skills allow him to disrupt enemies while creating opportunities for allies.
Joining him in this update is SSR [Fallen Wings] Cassano, a Red Element Warrior known as the Devil’s Right Arm. Cassano’s abilities focus on controlling enemy positions, pulling them into symmetrical formations, launching them into the air, and reducing their energy over time.
Two new Ignition Weapons, Mago and Bari, are also available, along with a new costume for [Master of the Cage] Yama. Additionally, the Champions Fight League and Tower of Alliances have begun new seasonal challenges. See how the new heroes stack up by checking out our Tower of God: New World tier list!
Several limited-time events are running until February 26th, offering a range of rewards. The FUG’s New Year’s Fitness Competition introduces a special story event, allowing you to complete free stages and earn SSR+ Tower’s Blessing Break Stone, Revolution Ore, and other materials from the Event Exchange Shop.
To celebrate Yama’s release, special summon banners, check-in rewards, boost missions, and TapTap Plus events provide more chances to recruit SSR+ [Master of the Cage] Yama. The Sweet Sugar Shock Event adds another way to earn SSR+ Soulstones, SSR Soulstones, and equipment selection chests by collecting Heart Sprinkles through regular gameplay.
Finally, the first season of Alliance Fleet Battle is available until February 23rd, allowing alliances to take control of Floating Ships and compete for ranking rewards and growth resources. Working together, you can battle rival alliances and claim new rewards while defending your honour.
