Complete with a new 33-second launch trailer showing off combat, a few Titans, and a few Pilots, you can now check out the game free to play on the App Store or Google Play.

A Titanfall game on mobile has been a mixed bag after Nexon pulled the plug on Titanfall: Frontline. Titanfall: Assault quickly stepped into play back in May and it looks like it's a keeper. Well, especially since it's launching worldwide on iOS and Android later this week.

Titanfall: Assault is a deck-building, real-time strategy game. Build up your ultimate fighting team by combining Titans, Pilots, and Burn Cards and use your best strategies to dominate the playing field.
Not long after the game went into soft launch, Jon Mundy put up a handy preview on how the game was faring, and it looked relatively positive at the time. The outstanding criticism across the community is its oversight on matchmaking, but here's to hoping Nexon's given that a bit of a tweak.
Either way there's not long to wait until the free to play combat game hits out on iOS and Android on August 10th. Oh, and Android users - if you pre-register for the game before its launch you can get your hands on the exclusive Titan Ronin on day one.
