Top avoiding-dots-then-shooting-them-with-power-ups title, Tilt to Live HD has arrived on the New Zealand App Store today, and will be dodging its way over to Europe and the US tomorrow.

Unlike the original iPhone hit, Tilt to Live HD is a freemium game, so while the initial price is free three of the modes are locked off unless you stump up the cash for the in-app purchases.

These include the all-new Gauntlet Evolved game type, which combines those highly dangerous ‘axe’ and ‘dagger’ dots (actually just a lot of dots clumped together) in with the classic gamemode.

The graphics for Tilt to Live HD have received more than just a quick resolution change, with new weapon effects making the minimalist design even more striking.

iPad owners who have sampled the original in upscaled mode (such as I) will also be glad to hear the calibration for the accelerometer has been tweaked for the larger device as well.

Tilt to Live HD will be available on the UK App Store tomorrow from 1am BST, and can be downloaded using the link below.
