King of Fighters Allstar's latest update adds XV Krohnen alongside new battle cards, and more

King of Fighter Allstar just dropped a new update today that features a new playable character. Called, XV Krohnen, this new character joins the mobile action RPG’s long roster of fighters alongside new battle cards, events, and more.

XV Krohnen is a Purple Element and Defence Type fighter with offensive attributes. They are capable of increasing his ATK and Critical Rate by 40% and 12% respectively. His Special Skill focusses a little on enhancing his defensive capabilities with an immunity to Petry and Darkness among others. When using Krohnen’s Ultimate Move, 15% of his HP also gets regenerated. Further, XV becomes immune to DMG for three seconds when his HP falls below the critical level of 30%. He also says a 30% chance to become immune for four seconds instead.

Moving further, the new battle cards feature a Krohnen Special Card that gives the fighter a Special Skill. It boosts a lot of elements, increasing ATK by 2%, Active Skill DMG by 4.5%, Critical DMG by 6%, and HP Recovery by 8%. Krohnen will receive his card set alongside a bunch of other option cards as well. Additionally, SS Kyo can now be enhanced to a Yellow Element and Attack Type EX using the Change Up Kit that is available in the Exchange Shop. When this is done on any fighter, their Active Skill DMG to enemies inflicted by Burn or Starlight is bumped up to 70% while also decreasing their Active Skill Cooldown by 0.3 seconds. The character will become quite the powerhouse when it comes to burnt enemies.
