Eye-catching sci-fi racer T-Racer HD coming soon to Tegra 2 devices
Watch out, WipEout
Thumbstar Games has just released some promising screens, and a video, for its upcoming Tegra 2 Android game T-Racer.
It's a futuristic racer in the same vein as F-Zero or WipEout, and it sees you boosting around neon-lit sci-fi cityscapes in high speed hovercraft.
Thumbstar is intent on showing off the capabilites of the Tegra 2 chipset, focusing on maximum eye candy at all times, as you'll see form the screenshots above.
Apart from retina-searing visuals, other features include a number of ships to choose from, power-ups like missiles, mines, and boosters, and a Battle Arena mode.
Despite already being visible on the Tegra Zone app, the game isn't yet available.
There's no concrete word on pricing, but the game's release is slated for April, so there's not long to wait.
