Glu announces Super Political Boxing for mobile

With regime change on the horizon in the US, it's only fair that the world of casual gaming claims a piece of the large and unprecedentedly expensive politics pie. Gameloft has already had a slice, with Battle for the Whitehouse, and now Glu is preparing to tuck in with Super Political Boxing.

Based on Glu's previous title Super KO Boxing, Super Political Boxing substitutes generic pugilists for caricatures of political figures like Gordon Brown and George W. Bush and gives you the enviable opportunity to vote with your fists.

We can safely assume that it will eschew realism in favour of accessibility, with relatively few buttons and simplified, cartoon graphics. We sincerely hope this won't make pulverising America's simian premier any less gratifying.

If it's anything like Super KO Boxing, it should be a blast. The game's due out at the end of April.
