Following its successful stint with iOS users (garnering 100k+ downloads), SUIT-UP is now out on Android devices as well. The “Solitaire meets match-3” title fuses the most enjoyable elements from both games into a charming little package, with upgrades and puzzles that challenge you as you go along.

The addicting puzzler tasks you with matching both suits and cards to solve problems while you try to beat high scores to climb the leaderboards. There are four game modes: the Endless mode tests how long you can last throughout the game, while the One-deck mode challenges you to score as much as you can with a single 52-card deck. The Timed mode is a speed run of sorts, and the Hard mode is, well, hard.

With its adorable art and satisfying music, indie developer Mikkel Christiansen’s labour of love is a creative, seamless mashup of two genres to keep players busy (and entertained!) on the go. There’s an especially pleasant art style that’s quite relaxing to the eyes - with a cute card mascot in a crown smiling up at you - so visual gamers are in for a treat, regardless if you’re into card games or not.

SUIT-UP is now available to download on the App Store and on Google Play. It’s a free-to-play game with in-app purchases. You can find out more about the game on the official website, or watch the embedded YouTube clip above to get a feel of the game. By the way, we’ve also got a hands-on video of the gameplay for SUIT-UP, so if you’re feeling a little curious about how exactly a match-3 puzzler can be combined with Solitaire, you can give the clip a little peek.
