Location-based iPhone MMORPG Shadow Cities updated with new buff system and special powers for Shadow Lords

Shadow Cities, the Pocket Gamer Silver Award-winning locaton-based MMORPG, has been updated today with all manner of gameplay improvements and enhancements.

In Grey Area's role-playing game, you and your squad battle for possession of real-world neighbourhoods (known in the game as realms) against an opposition team. If you manage to seize control, you become that territory's Shadow Lord.

This new update to Shadow Cities gives wily Shadow Lords the opportunity to grow that little bit more dominant via special Shadow Lord buffs, and introduces other changes to the buff system for these powerful players to exploit.

Furthermore, the developer has made changes to the way the game displays information about each realm and about each gateway within it, with information screens and graphical effects granting you access to what you need to know more easily.
