Saving Private Sheep 2 skipping towards Android
Release date a little wooly
Bulkypix has dropped us a line to let us know that Saving Private Sheep 2 will be making its way to Android in the near future.
Of course, with the original game already sat on the Google Play Store, you might have expected the sequel to turn up at some point. Still, these things are never guaranteed, and the fact that we rated the sequel so highly on iOS means that we're pretty happy about the news.
Another reason Android owners should be excited is because this sequel is completely different from the first game. Sure, it's still a 2D physics-puzzler, but that's where the similarities end.
This time around, you're pinging a spiky hedgehog, Angry Birds-style, at a troublesome fox. You have to pass this living projectile from sheep to sheep, bouncing off walls where necessary, until you can get a clear shot at your target.
As well as 66 feature-packed levels, Saving Private Sheep 2 on Android will come with a full level editor. You can then share your creations and play those created by other members of the community.
No news on a release date yet, but Bulkypix does say it'll be out on the Google Play Store "soon".
