Resident Evil: Revelations and Circle Pad Pro 3DS peripheral hitting Europe on January 27th

Capcom has confirmed that its highly anticipated 3DS game Resident Evil: Revelations will launch in Europe alongside the handheld's new Circle Pad Pro peripheral on January 27th.

Capcom's new survival-horror title - starring franchise favourites Chris and Jill - will be the first European 3DS release to support the new attachment, which adds a Circle Pad and some extra shoulder buttons to Ninty's portable console.

The peripheral will be available as a standalone purchase or in a special "limited edition" bundle with Capcom's new horror title. Unfortunately, we don't currently have a UK price for either, though we do know Resident Evil: Revelations will retail for $50 in the US.

Resident Evil: Revelations takes place in 2005 between console offerings Resident Evil 4 and Resident Evil 5, and sees you explore an undead-filled abandoned cruise ship in search of your partner.
