Ragnarok V: Returns will release in the Americas and Oceania early next month

First revealed in March, Ragnarok V: Returns is finally preparing for its grand launch in North America, Latin America, and Oceania early in August. With a new server to support incoming adventurers and pre-registration rewards on offer, the mobile MMORPG is ready to bring a fresh 3D experience to one of the genre’s most iconic universes.
Building on the legacy of the original Ragnarok Online, Ragnarok V: Returns reimagines the classic with a colourful, anime-style aesthetic and fully 3D visuals. It retains the nostalgic charm longtime fans will remember, while offering streamlined systems and modern features fit for mobile devices. It’s got everything for solo players and social groups alike.
You’ll begin your journey with one of six main classes - Swordman, Archer, Mage, Thief, Acolyte, or Merchant - each with their own distinct progression paths and secondary job options. Each class offers its own strengths, encouraging you to experiment with different abilities and refine your loadout as you grow stronger in battle.
Customisation plays a big role here too. You can deck out your character with a variety of cosmetic gear to express your personal style. And you’re not travelling alone either. Ragnarok V: Returns lets you fight alongside over 60 mercenaries and 26 different pets, each offering their own support and synergy in battle.
