Earlier this week, we reported that Hexage would be bringing its newly developed luminescent tower defence game Radiant Defense to iOS, Android and Windows Phone.

Today, the Android version was made available on Google Play.

Available as a free-to-play game, players can purchase packs of new weapons through in-app purchases if they want.

Looking sweet

At 9.9MB, Radiant Defense is a compact but visually captivating game that looks to breathe new life into the tower defence genre with its brilliant (dare I say radiant?) graphics.

The addition of a health bar is a nice change of pace from other tower defense games as well.

And for those interested Radiant Defense on the Apple side of the divide, Hexage has already submitted the iOS version so hopefully, it will be out next week.
