Pokémon Go welcomes Hisuian Lilligant to the fray on an exclusive Raid Day later this month

Sandwiched between two major Ultra Unlocks, Pokémon Go is throwing in a lively surprise. A special Raid Day event to debut Hisuian Lilligant, blooming into battle for the very first time.
Hisuian Lilligant will take centre stage in Pokémon Go raids on July 12th, between 2:00 and 5:00 pm local time. This graceful Grass- and Fighting-type is making its debut with a shiny version also up for grabs, if luck is on your side. You’ll be able to challenge her in raids throughout the three-hour event, with some helpful boosts to make the grind a little smoother.
From Friday, July 11th at 5:00 pm to Saturday, July 12th at 8:00 pm PDT, the remote raid cap jumps to 20, letting you join raids from afar with ease. On the day of the event, you can spin Gym Photo Discs to claim up to five bonus Raid Passes, giving you six total for free.
Trainers looking for even more can grab an optional event ticket for $4.99, which grants eight additional Gym Passes (for a total of 14), increased chances at Rare Candy XL, and bonus rewards like 50% more XP and 2x Stardust from raid battles. The Ultra Ticket Box, available through the Pokémon Go Web Store at the same price, includes both the ticket and a Premium Battle Pass.
This breezy floral event lands squarely between the Ultra Unlock: Hisui Celebration (featuring Hisuian Zorua) and the upcoming Ultra Unlock: Steel and Scales, which introduces Honedge, Doublade, and Aegislash.
