Oneiric Tales has officially announced the launch of Path of Ra, the studio's puzzle platformer on iOS, Android, Switch and PC in Europe. Players will bear the task of assisting a pharaoh who, by some twist of fate, awakes to discover that he has been turned into a hieroglyph - and in his own tomb, no less. There are more than 60 sliding tile puzzles to explore as players fight to free the pharaoh's soul.

In Path of Ra, players can look forward to journeying into Ancient Egypt where players have to rotate tiles in order to forge their way. As players uncover these paths, they, in turn, are able to collect the pieces of the pharaoh's heart and unlock his story.

The game also features gorgeous cinematics as players progress through the game, learning more about the life that the King of Egypt once lived and the circumstances of his demise. All these are presented with an original soundtrack that immerses players even deeper into the lore across a fantastical atmosphere.

If you're keen on experiencing the game for yourself, you can download Path of Ra on the iOS App Store or on the Google Play Store for Android devices in Europe, with the US version landing on December 29th. It's a premium title that costs $4.99 a pop or your local equivalent. You can join the community of followers on the official Twitter page to stay updated on all the latest developments as well, or have a look at the embedded clip above to get a feel of the game.
