Oceanhorn 2 gameplay video - "More Twilight Princess than Link to the Past"

| Oceanhorn 2

Oceanhorn brought a little bit of Zelda to mobile in a time when Nintendo swore blind it would never release a game on a phone.

Now, several years later, Oceanhorn 2: Knights of the Lost Realm is here, the Twilight Princess to its predecessor's Link to the Past.

The perspective has shifted from top down to over the shoulder, the world is richer, and the visuals more impressive. What's more, it's been bundled into the Apple Arcade release package to lure iOS users towards its new subscription service.

Oceanhorn 2 is also appearing in the aftermath of Nintendo's move onto mobile handsets, putting it in direct competition with the inevitableoffical mobile Zelda.

Check out the video above to see us beat the first boss and explore a little of the world in this first look at the game.

James pivoted to video so hard that he permanently damaged his spine, which now doubles as a Cronenbergian mic stand. If the pictures are moving, he's the one to blame.
