The rather interesting looking No Longer Home has reached its Kickstarter goal of £25,000 and will be getting a PC, Mac and Linux release. But the page also has stretch goals still to meet that'll bring the game to Switch and potentially mobile devices.

No Longer Home is an episodic story-driven point and click adventure game. It tells the deeply personal story of Bo and Ao, two recent university graduates who are facing the scary uncertain world of adult life.

In traditional adventure game style, you explore Bo and Ao's flat in South East London, examine objects in the environment and talk with different characters, leading to branching dialogue options.

The game is discussing big, complex and fascinating themes. Topics range from the London's housing crisis to immigration to gender. It's all personal and political at the same time which is still quite a rare experience to find in a game.

No Longer Home

The first episode, titled 29, will be completely free to everyone but then you'll have to purchase the following episodes. However, right now there is actually a free prequel to No Longer Home called Friary Road, which is available to download on PC, Mac and Linux, and will give you an idea of what the upcoming series will be like.

If you're interested in backing No Longer Home then don't sleep, there are only four days left to help them reach their Switch port stretch goals, so head to their Kickstarter page now to see if you want to donate.
