Wars and rumours of wars
|
DS + PSP

As proved by Nintendo of America's enormous release schedule for the first six months of 2008, there are plenty of developers beavering away on the little dual screen device. When it comes to widescreen work however, the start of the year doesn't seem to be too busy. Cue rolling dustballs...

Still, lets keep our end up and focus on the DS instead which is looking good if you've kicked off the year in warrior mode. This week you can pick up the space-based Geometry Wars: Galaxies for a mere 20, while next week, the first big game of the year arrives in the shape of cartoon turn-based strategy game Advance Wars: Dark Conflict.

Roll out the (gun) barrel, why don't you?
