Mobile games make you happy
Well, 79 per cent of you seem to be satisfied, judging by new research

Eight out of ten cats prefer Whiskers, four thirds of people struggle with fractions, and 56.8 per cent of statistics are made up on the spot, we've heard.
Not that we're suggesting I-play has made up the statistics in its latest survey of mobile gamers, of course.
The mobile games publisher asked 300 North Americans how satisfied they are with the mobile games they play. It seems 21 per cent said very satisfied, 58 per cent said satisfied, and 21 per cent said not satisfied. (Which leaves us plenty of scope to make the 'oh, 21 per cent of them had clearly played 2 Fast 2 Furious' joke, then.)
When asked how mobile games compared to their expectations, 15 per cent said better than expected, 63 per cent said as expected, and 22 per cent said not as good as expected.
So what does this all mean? Well, it means that mobile games are… alright. Most people are satisfied and having their expectations met, but it might imply there's a lack of games that really knock your socks off. Still, 71 per cent of the surveyed gamers said they would recommend playing mobile games to a friend, which is good news.
