EA's High Calibre Hunting allows you to hunt over 20 types of wild game across “realistic natural environments” and locations, such as Alaska, Canada, and Texas.

You deal death using more than 40 real-world and brand-name weapons, including Remington rifles and shotguns, and your special 'Vital Vision' ability, which allows you to get an X-ray view of each beast's vital organs.

Quick Play, Pass 'N' Play, and Career modes can all be murdered.

Cubes vs. Spheres is a physics-based title that sees you using simple swipe and touch controls to repel continuous waves of invading Cubes.

This is done, as you've probably already guessed, by firing six unique varieties of sphere at them.

Apple's social gaming platform Game Center provides leaderboards and 37 achievements.

Carrot War throws you headlong into a fierce battle between a gang of fluffy rabbits and the alien invaders that have nicked all of their lovely orange veggies.

Using a strange pen filled with yellow ink, it's your job to draw lines, rebound bullets, halt enemies, and destroy your foes.

There are 52 levels to master, boss battles to scrape through, and full integration with both OpenFeint and Game Center.

Robo Rush (iPhone)

Robo Rush is a Mario-inspired platformer that sees you – a robot - running, jumping, and smashing enemies through four unique words, as you attempt to make a stand against your evil creator.

Normally priced at £4.99/$6.99, Fishdom H2O: Hidden Odyssey HD has been slashed in price to celebrate the release of new title Fishdom: Halloween Splash HD.

Your job in this hidden-object game is to help young marine biologist Jennifer in her attempt to secure a Best Aquarium Award, by diving to the bottom of the sea and uncovering hidden items and treasures.

Curvebot Evolved (Universal)

Curvebot Evolved sees you attempt to rescue your friends from a bunch a dreary drones by cutting crazy shapes out of 72 levels, spread across 12 worlds.

When Pigs Fly (Universal)

Tiny Wings-esque When Pigs Fly follows Penelope Pig in her quest to fly. Unfortunately, you're burdened with helping her.

It's your job to make sure that she doesn't run into any snappy alligators, collects as many tasty gumdrops as possible, and manages to get some big air.

Royal Envoy HD is another Playrix title that has been made free to celebrate the release of Fishdom: Halloween Splash HD.
