Sonic the Hedgehog bursts in at number two
Tetris continued to top ELSPA's Java games download chart in February – a sentence we could have written at any time during the past 12 months, and that we suspect we'll still be writing in a year's time. But there is much more excitement in the following pack.
Sonic the Hedgehog is winning over a whole new generation of fans for the spiky veteran; at number two, he's holding off two other new entries, LMA Manager 2006, and Winter Olympics tie-in Torino 2006. Player X's Family Fortunes is a further notable new entry at number eight.
Life has been less kind to The Sims 2 however. It has slumped from second to ninth position in just a month.
