Until this year, Black Friday could have been any shopping experience for those of us outside the US (assuming you hate shopping as much as I do) but to our American brothers and sisters it's the beginning of the Christmas credit crunch.
Er, I mean Christmas shopping season.
Anyway, the App Store is giving meaning to Black Friday all over the world, with all the big game companies discounting their iPhone titles for the commercial holiday.
Namco is the latest to join in the frantic sales assault as it drops the prices on a host of retro classics, including Pac-Man, Galaga Remix, Burger Time, Dig Dug Remix, Pac-Man Remix, Brain Exercise with Dr. Kawashima, Garters & Ghouls, Time Crisis Strike and a bunch of others.
Your best bet is to head to the Namco category on the App Store and browse around for bargains. There's no immediate indication as to how long the sale will last, but I'd guess it'll run the course of the weekend, so don't dally if you fancy a few dots to chomp this weekend.
