Tiny Wings-esque Mighty Fin gets 'massive' update with iPad support, new levels, themes, costumes, and more

Launching Pad Games has released another update for its Tiny Wings-alike side-scrolling casual offering Mighty Fin.

Along with native iPad support, the new update offers eight new levels and four new themes - Pirate, Candy, Future, and the formidable Ninja.

Gameplay has been smoothed out for all devices – but particulary the iPhone 3GS/4 – and 32 new costumes, disguises, and vehicles can now be unlocked. That brings the game's total up to 60.

Swim-'em-up

Mighty Fin, if you don't know, tasks you with navigating a little fish called Fin through the treacherous seas while avoiding rocks, sharks, icebergs, and a host of other hazards.

You can compete for gold medals and high scores in three different game modes, and brag to your mates when you top the game's Game Center leaderboards.
