Marvel Future Fight's December 2022 update, Destiny of X, brings the mutants into the fray as the Dark Phoenix rises
After celebrating the release of Marvel’s Black Panther: Wakanda Forever last month, Netmarble has just released a new update for Marvel Future Fight that focuses on another super team from the comics, the X-Men. Titled Destiny of X, the December 2022 update of the superhero game will be key to deciding the fate of the mutants.
Marvel Future Fight’s December update adds new skills and uniforms for five powerful mutants. We kick things off with Jean Grey, who has embraced her Dark Phoenix persona with a new outfit and tier-four advancement. This allows all her attacks to deal fire damage, and, with those updated moves, she’s now a force to be reckoned with.
Next is the leader of the X-Men, Cyclops, who has a new uniform and skills that make him a great pick for any team. The next three characters have all benefitted from Potential Transcendence. The mutants just keep getting stronger with this update.
Angel now has a Super Armour effect in addition to his HP recovery and Dodge abilities. Of course, his targeting skill rains down a hellfire of feathers onto the enemies. Beast has always led from the front due to his physical capabilities, but with this update, he can lend a hand as a supporter too. The third character to get Transcendence is Bishop.
Finally, the new character joining Marvel Future Fight is Polaris. With tier-three advancement and the ability to absorb energy, Polaris can play as both a leader and a supporter.
Since Jean Grey has now gained these new powers that have unfortunately turned her into a supervillain, it would only be fair to make her the new World Boss: Legend. Beating her will grant a lot of rewards like Mutant Upgrade Materials which will come quite in handy.
