RocketCat Games reveals new details of Mage Gauntlet iPhone dungeon-crawler spin-off

RocketCat Games has released several new details of its upcoming Mage Gauntlet iPhone dungeon-crawler spin-off, which we first told you about back in early November.

For starters, there will be "six or so" different playable characters available once the unnamed game hits Apple's App Store, with the possibility of more being added in future updates should the title prove "successful".

You can check out five of these characters - Warrior, Mage, Gunner, Spellsword, and Rogue - and their unique skills over on RocketCat's Facebook page.

This forthcoming free title will allow you to play as a different character every day without putting your hand in your pocket, though you can also choose to grab Gems through in-app purchases and permanently unlock your favourite classes.

Said Gems, which you can find in the game's randomly generated dungeons, can be spent on special bonuses that stay active for a single game.
