It's confession time, once again, folks. How many times have you got wasted the night before work, and then tried to sneak back into the office?
Don't worry, you're not alone. Gary did the same thing last night, and given that he's still a bit hungover, he'd appreciate your guiding hand in getting back to his desk unseen. Problem is, there are 22 floors between him and his desk.
LEVEL 22 seems like a fairly standard stealth game at first, albeit the clear aim for some light-hearted fun. Let's not forget the cheeky looking pixel art too; you've got to love how the characters are drawn.
You shove Gary in the boots of cars and cupboards, hide behind newspapers and desks. If any of your co-workers are in the way, you punch them unconscious, put something nasty in their coffee, or break the vehicle they're driving. There's even some Metal Gear Solid-esque cardboard box action to be had.
Pretty standard stuff, but again, quite amusing to watch.
But what will intrigue you beyond the first impressions is this...
As Gary ends up investigating parts of the building he works in that he wouldn't normally due to trying to go unseen, he encounters the deep, dark secrets of the company he works for.
Intriguing, no? LEVEL 22 is due to land on Android and iOS devices sometime in October.
