Kingdom Rush Battles best towers guide

Can't seem to get past that chunky armoured golem? If you're looking for a little nudge in the right direction, this Kingdom Rush Battles' best towers guide can help you live to tower-defence another day.
When your rangers with poison-tipped arrows can't hit their mark, you can rely on a dwarven mining drill to stun incoming enemies long enough for your beefy barbarian to finish the job. Such is the beauty of Kingdom Rush Battles' best towers, and if you know how to strategise their positions, you might just live to tower defence another day.
Now, picking the best ones to deploy onto the battlefield is essentially a matter of personal preference - you wouldn't want to force the top-tier ranged DPS towers into your master plan if you'd rather face foes head-on with artillery and tanks.
It'll also rely heavily on the hero you're using - Elora, for instance, can be a tad squishy, but when you surround her with debuffers and tankers, she can clear the field for you with a wave of her staff and a snide, "It's chilling time" (it's so cheesy I love it).
Kingdom Rush Battles' best towers
With that tiny disclaimer out of the way, let me first gush about what I believe is the bestest of all the best towers here. Archmage | Glacial Druid | Musketeer Garrison | Dwaarp | Hunter Outpost
1
Archmage
I was lucky enough to unlock the Archmage early on in Silveroak Forest, and it helped me survive many a horde of brute ogres. It's a personal favourite mainly because it can deal both single-target damage and AoE damage with its basic Critical Mass skill alone - but the coolest thing about this bearded old man is his Twister skill, which I always try to unlock first thing each time I have enough coins.
There isn't much strategy here - all you really have to do is place him at crucial choke points (I also like to have him stand guard over the very last node), send his Twister onto unwitting foes, and watch the magic unfold. It's a powerful blast of wind, essentially, and it can not only do damage but also knock back pesky orcs trying to sneak into your kingdom.

And if you're feeling a little bit sneaky, you can also unlock Dissipate to teleport some of your enemies over to your opponent's side, just because you can.
2
Glacial Druid
The next powerhouse on the list is the Glacial Druid, an Artillery-type tower that can effectively slow down enemies and do damage at the same time. You can pair him nicely with your preferred DPS tower, and he can be especially helpful for the two dragons who can't stall enemies if their lives depended on it (and they almost often do).
Simply having the Glacial Druid around is an advantage enough, but if you can manage to have three of them all with the Ice Storm skill unlocked, they'll spam that skill and freeze your opponent's towers, leaving them utterly defenceless. How positively evil.

3
Musketeer Garrison
Despite this being a humble Common Card, these cowboy hat-wearing snipers can easily sweep through the battlefield with their Pierce Strike skill that awesomely ignores physical defence. This means that when there's a hulking armoured golem lumbering towards your kingdom, these musketeers can make quick work of it through their basic skill alone.
What I love most about them, though, is their Sniper Shots max skill, which can launch rapid strikes on your opponent's side with a chance to instakill. If your opponent happens to have a lone hero standing around with no other ground units to help them out, you're golden.

4
Dwaarp
This Epic Card falls behind the mere-Rare Glacial Druid in my opinion, but it still packs a punch thanks to its Shock and Awe basic skill. It's a fantastic alternative to slowing down enemies with ice, and might even be more effective at times because it stuns enemies to render their attacks useless.
The passive Infantry Endurance buff is the cherry on top with its 5% boost in all allies' health - something that definitely comes in handy when you're trying to outlast all the yetis and trolls.
5
Hunter Outpost
Now, you might think it's a little odd not to have any Barracks on this list of Kingdom Rush Battles best towers, but to me, I'd rather have the ranged firepower of the units from the Hunter Outpost so they can cover both land and air.

The hunting eagles are extra efficient thanks to their wide range, and when you pair that with the Bear Traps skill (plus the passive Invader Fatigue that slows down enemies' speed), you can snipe your foes before they can even come close.
At the end of the day, it's all about which ones are the most fun for you to play - but if you're looking for a little nudge in the right direction, this Kingdom Rush Battles' best towers guide should hopefully do the trick.
