PLAYISM has announced the official launch of Kero Blaster, the 2D side-scrolling retro game, on Android devices everywhere. Coming this December 24th, the froggy title opens pre-registrations today, letting players dive into a wonderfully weird world where only frogs, cats, and other unidentifiable creatures exist.

In Kero Blaster, you play as a froggy protagonist employed by the company "Cat & Frog Inc.". You'll have to use your blaster to blast away all kinds of enemies in your way, all while trying to navigate the tricky landscape of corporate life - overtime gigs and endless paperwork included.

Developed by Studio Pixel, the pixel art platformer will have you fighting for your life as you eliminate the teleporters of your company. The odd yet charming story only makes the gameplay more exciting, as you'll pick up a bunch of tools, unlock secret weapons, and beat bosses while collecting trophies at the same time.

Meanwhile, Pink Hour and Pink Heaven are also releasing on the same day for those who just can't get enough of the "Cat & Frog Inc." company. The spin-offs will feature the office lady in pink from Kero Blaster.

If you're curious to see just how a game featuring a bunch of overworked animals in a pixelated world plays out, you can pre-register for Kero Blaster on the Google Play Store for Android devices today. The title costs $5.99 a pop or your local equivalent. You can also take a sneak peek at the embedded trailer above to get a feel of the gameplay (and to bop your head to the beat of the catchy background music), or visit the official website for more info.
