Sales aren't usually the top of my list of priorities on a Friday but this one's very interesting as Junk Jack Retro has gone on sale for the first time.

Similar to Terraria, Junk Jack Retro is a 2D sandbox game and the prequel to Junk Jack. You do your best to survive the procedurally generated world around you by exploring, building your home, and fighting off the beasties that live there.

What's notable about this is that since its debut on iOS back in 2011, it's never altered in price. Now, to celebrate Junk Jack's release on Steam/Mac/Linux, you can grab it free-to-play where it would usually be £2.29/$2.99.

What are you waiting for? The offer's only on for a week so you'd best grab the game off of the App Store sharpish.
